Hey Everyone,
Today I really wanted to do the British Tag. If you do not know what it is, it is basically 12 questions you have to answer all about being typically British! I first saw this on Beautycrush’s channel and thought it would be so much fun to do!
1.) How many cups of tea do you have a day and how many sugars?
I have one or two cups a day (one in the morning, one in the evening), and I have one sugar. However recently I have been more into drinking coffee.
2.) What is your favourite part of a Roast?
My favourite part of a roast has to be roast potatoes or Yorkshire puddings. But they do have to be really crispy potatoes.
3.) What is your Favourite dunking biscuit?
My favourite dunking biscuit has to be a chocolate covered hobnob, because I love the way the chocolate melts.
4.) Favourite quintessentially British past time?
Mine has to be either going on countryside walks with my friends or going to the beach when it’s slightly warm and building sand castles and having ice-creams! These are some of my favourite childhood memories.
5.) What is your favourite British word?
I think my favourite word has to be either peculiar or quintessential, they both sound really cool with a posh British accent.
6.) Cockney Rhyme Slang?
I only really know the simple know ones like ‘Apples and Pears’ are stairs because I have near lived in London or ever talked or learnt Cockney Rhyme
7.) Favourite British Sweet?
My favourite British sweet has to be rhubarb and custard sweets, I always use to get them from the sweet shop.
8.) What would your Pub be called?
I have never thought if this before but it would probably be something like ‘The Charlotte Ann Inn’ I have no clue though!
9.) Number one Brit?
My favourite Brit has to be Harry Styles, followed by Louis, Liam and Niall. Sort of a fangirl.
10.) Favourite shop and Restaurant?
My favourite shop would definitely be Topshop or Lush or Urban Outfitters! I don’t really like British food I definitely prefer Italian food.
11.) What British Song firsts pops into your head?
Definitely ‘What makes you beautiful’ by One Direction! It is just such an iconic song.
12.) Marmite?
I hate marmite so much, and I can never remember liking it and I don’t think I ever will!
